Paid a visit to Thean Hou Buddhist Temple on the first days of Chinese New Year. Dedicated to the Goddess Thean Hou (the Heavenly Mother), this six-tiered Chinese Buddhist Temple is one of the largest temples in South East Asia and thousands of lanterns will go bright decorating the temple during the entire 15-day Chinese New Year celebration. I'll let the photos do the talking.
On the very first morning at Yas Marina, I was given a quick walk about inside the garage along with a brief explanation on the roles and some facts about what goes around behind the scenes of Team Lotus. A breathtaking view from the lookout point on the hills at the eastern edge of the city with an unobstructed and magnificent view over the entire city of Kuala Lumpur.
AkashA is a 7-piece Malaysian Fusion Band that plays music straight from the heart. This band took the Rainforest World Music Festival 2008 by storm, presents a compilation of diverse music genres, woven together with a magical thread of ethnic acoustic instruments from around the globe. Their long awaited Sophomore Album, the 'Karakoram Highway' was launched on Saturday 8th January 2011 at Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre and I was covering the event for their online media partner - My Tamil Channel. No one can whistle a symphony; it takes an orchestra to play it. Team Lotus comprises more than 60 great people. Though most of the time, all we see are the drivers, there is a big dedicated team that committed to continuous success of both the cars.
